Our Shipping Policy

How We Ship:

We ship almost entirely via United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. For orders that weigh less than two pounds, we may use the United States Postal Service (USPS).

We do not ship internationally.

Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-48 hours. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible. We may use recycled boxes and packing materials.

Shipping Costs:

To see your shipping charges in advance of placing an order, place the desired items into your shopping cart, and follow the checkout procedure. You will be given a chance to review all charges prior to completing the checkout.

Please note carefully the shipping model you select when you check out. Our in-store pickup is, of course, free and we will get the product ready for you before notifying you of its availability for pickup.

Also, please note that shipping charges are pre-shipment estimates only. We approve your payment for that amount at the time you check out, but we will always search for the best actual price that meets our quality and product safety requirements, and credit your card for any savings we can achieve given our reasonable, best efforts.
