Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.*

Return Policy Product Restrictions:

Custom bedding and special order furniture products are not returnable since they are made to customer specifications.

Returning Damaged or Defective Items:

The return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage, or defect, and a clear description of the problem in an email to our Customer Support team at customer_service@weedreamscapes.com. You will be contacted by Customer Service with further instructions after receipt of your email request.

If you have an item that proves to be defective after the initial 30 day period, please contact the manufacturer for warranty coverage.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

Damaged or Defective Products: Wee Dreamscapes will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a Wee Dreamscapes representative to be defective.

For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization):

Contact Customer Service through the online "Contact Us" at http://www.weedreamscapes.com/contact.php form to request Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must make this request within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Be sure to specify the reason for the return request in the text of your email to our Customer Service team, and whether you are exchanging the product you received for an identical product or are selecting an alternate style, size or color, or if you are requesting a refund.
  • Use your email program's 'Attach File' feature to attach digital images of damaged or defective products.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Fill out the return form received with your items.
  2. Include the form and a copy of your receipt within your package.
  3. Write the RMA number conspicuously on the outside of the package to ensure proper routing upon receipt.
  4. Ship the package to:

You will be notified when your return is received at our facility.

  • If you have requested a refund, be advised that returning funds usually take seven to ten business days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds).
  • If you have requested an exchange in a different size or style, you will receive, via email, the tracking information on your replacement item.
